For the last week and a half I've been back in the lecture room, during a training course called Certificate IV in Assessment. I'm doing to get a better understanding of training people. I help out with some of the schools and things we run here, but it will be useful in everyday life as well. I've been doing that in the morning's and then working at my desk in the communications office in the afternoon. I've been working on a couple of short films, as well as some other little things, like print up material, so that when the DTS outreach teams leave this weekend to go on outreach for 8 weeks, they've have the things they need. The base is pretty busy these days. We started the Impact World School last week, we have the October DTS leaving this weekend to go on outreach for 8 weeks. We have new people coming back to join us on staff. We are also starting the January DTS this weekend, and the School of Music and Missions. It's crazy times, but really exciting times as we see more and more young people trained and equipped and sent back out to change the world.
